We will store your data for 1 year after your last use of our services or content. At the end of this term, the data will be deleted in such a way that it could not be reproduced.

· To access his/her data and to know how it is processed (right to access);

· To require correction or, in the context of the purposes for processing personal data, supplement the incomplete personal data of a person (right to rectify);

· To destroy or suspend processing of his/her data (except storage) (right to destroy and right to be forgotten);

· Has the right to require the Controller to limit the processing of personal data for one of the legitimate reasons (right to limit);

· Has the right to transfer data (right to transfer);

· To not agree on the processing of personal data when such data is processed or intended to be processed for direct marketing purposes, including profiling, to the extent that it relates to such direct marketing.

**According to personal data you submit, for direct marketing purposes, your personal data profiling may be used in order to provide you with solutions and offers tailored specifically for you. You can at any time cancel your consent to process personal data in an automated manner, including profiling, or to object it. 

Any request or instruction relating to the processing of personal data, the Data Subject has the right to submit to the Controller in writing in one of the following ways: by direct delivery to Rudaminos g. 1A, Skaidiškės, Vilnius r.; by e-mail: info@lesta.lt

Upon receipt of such request or instruction, the Controller shall, within one month from the date of the request, provide an answer and perform or refuse to perform the actions specified in the request. If necessary, the specified term may be extended by another two months depending on the complexity and number of requests. In this case, the Controller shall inform the Data Subject about such extension within one month from the receipt of the request, providing reasons for the delay.

The Controller may not create the conditions for data subjects to exercise the above rights, except to right to refuse the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes, when in cases provided for by law, it is necessary to ensure the prevention, investigation and detection of violation, offenses of professional or professional ethics, as well as the protection of rights and liberties of the data subject or other persons.
